The Pine Student Council is the only school organization that includes all segments of the student population. The four main officers are elected by the third through fifth-grade students. In addition, each room elects two representatives. Members plan projects, share ideas, make decisions and distribute information. The activities include fundraising, community service, citizenship, and promoting school spirit. Participation enhances solving real-life problems. Members also learn about democracy, responsibility, and serving others.
